MSP M&A: Upstack Acquires IT Services Provider Stellar Connect

Upstack, a telecommunications and digital infrastructure company backed by private equity firm Berkshire Partners, has acquired Stellar Connect, an independent full-service IT services provider. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
