Alabama’s slump against Texas (which, by the way, isn’t back yet) meant RB Jahmyr Gibbs was well short of his throwing distance of 87.5 yards. Tank Bigsby had only 51 in the San Jose State game, which was closer than anyone expected, but Gimme Tom Brady’s yardage he hit a prop and KJ Jefferson’s endzone run against South Carolina. He punched one and Gus Marzahn did QB John Rees and Gus Marzahn. Plumlee meant we came out of the weekend with some money.

Week 3 Recommendations
Pick #1: Kentucky QB Will Levis – Passing over 229.5 yards
Kentucky is thriving under senior quarterback Will Levis, who threw for a combined 505 yards and 4 TDs in the Wildcats’ first two games. He overmatched Ohio’s Miami team in Week 1 before defeating Florida QB Anthony Richardson in Week 2 as Kentucky upset the ranked Florida team 26-16. Broke 300 yards. Expect Levi’s to come close to his Week 1 stats against the Youngstown State Penguins.
Pick #2: Florida State RB Treshaun Ward – Over 65.5 rushing yards
Continue using this well until it is dry. Louisville allowed him 207.5 rushing yards per game, which ranks him 105th in the nation. Treshaun Ward says he’s a solid Florida State rusher with 176 yards and he’s a 5.9 YPC, and he’s doing it in a balanced way. His season is just him 21 yards. At this point in the season, expect him to establish some edge against a Louisville defense that has shown no inclination to stop anyone on the ground.
Pick #3: Alabama QB Bryce Young – Over 275.5 passing yards
Alabama underperformed against Texas and what made the offense not look good? Find Nick Saban battling an ill-fated ULM team and light a fire under his team. The line is somewhere in the sixties. Bryce He paychecks when Young paychecks. We know he may not be in a lot of rush in the game, but he usually throws around 300 yards or so. There is no reason for Alabama to call him off earlier this week.
Pick #4: Indiana RB Sean Shiver – Rush TD over 0.5
Xavier McKinnie’s worst nightmare continues this season as he racked up 183 yards in his first two games and two touchdowns. Indiana will face a Western Kentucky team that won his first two wins against a pass-oriented team with his 38-27 win over Austin’s peas and his 49-17 win in Hawaii. . Look for the quiver to find at least his 1 time end zone against Hilltopper.
Pick #5: Raiders K Daniel Carlson – FG Maid Over 1.5
We don’t like Auburn’s option in this week’s prize pick, so we double down on the former Auburn player with a little NFL action. Carlson has scored his 2-2 goal on the field against the Chargers last week and has averaged more than two field goal attempts per game over the past two years (2020 is his 35th, 35th). In 2021 he will be 43 times). With the Raiders playing indoors against a team from Arizona this week, Carlson has plenty of chances to get a few.
Wagering: Kentucky QB Will Levis Florida Rushing Yards over 59.5 RB Treshaun Ward Alabama Rushing Yards over 65.5 QB Bryce Young Passing Yards over 275.5 Indiana RB Sean Shivers Rushing TD over 0.5, Raiders K Daniel Carlson FG over 1.5
Odds options:
Flex Play: 5 out of 5 correct = 10x, 4 correct = 2x, 3 correct = 0.4x
Final Thoughts:
The Alabama running game’s dominance of ULM runs the risk that Bryce Young won’t have to air, but I’m happy about these. Scary money doesn’t make money, so it’s all over, as we do.
Enjoy the game, everyone.
