“It’s pretty great,” he said. “It stood out to me.”
The benefits are “amazing,” says Mosley. This includes matching his 401-K donations dollar-for-dollar up to 7% of his salary, he added.
“They give us a generous amount of paid time off (PTO),” says Mosley. “It’s work-life balance. I don’t want to be in a situation where I live only for my paycheck. They pay to attend for various titles, and there are salary-based and bonus-based rewards for earning those titles.
The recent rise in inflation has been rising faster than salaries at most businesses, and the IAT has stepped in to help its employees.
“They gave all their employees bonuses to help with that,” Mosley said. “They understand that the cost of milk and other products is rising, and our owner, our CEO, is very sensitive to that.”
Mosley added that the company also likes advertising from within.
“These are the things they do to keep their employees,” he said. “That’s a big deal.”
As a result, employees give back to customers, says Mosley.
